I am shocked that I haven't really seen the main argument against emulator (imo) be brought up more. Dolphin is simply not an accurate emulator, and has had multiple discrepancies that have been reported on over time (look it up if curious). I think that this is the biggest reason why emulator is banned, on top of it being an unofficial release like has been mentioned before. Older consoles like NES and SNES games often allow emulation simply because it is more accurate.

Wii U will not affect this @LakeOfPoland also this is still probably the hardest part of Max% due to it being very difficult to get 4 koopas going every time 1st try. I really enjoy Max%, so this category would probably not be too bad but it wouldn't be that fun.
