Alaska, USAI play this game for the very first time in Yuzu Emulator and it rendered perfectly and it run at mostly 100% game speed, so I hope if it's allowed to do this.
I find the final section of level 3 for this game so hard for me because it's a faster auto scroller with too much obstacules (falling rocks without collision that if you touch it, it will maybe result into instant death), I'm looking in running this game on a Emulator since my oldest SNES got broken forever but I would look into Individual Levels. And the individuals levels leaderboards doesn't exist so should you make a new one (Run starts after typing the level password, Run Ends when Stage X Clear screen appears ("X can be any level"))
Time Starts on a frame when the time doesn't have 0:00:00 after a frame that has 0:00:00 (for example: when a frame that has over than 0:00:00) Time Ends when a frame appears 0:00:00 after touching the final portal of specific level (Level 5 in 5 Levels category, Level 16 in 16 Levels category, Level 30 in All Levels category) And I'm unable to boost this provided discord in this speedrun.com page because I'm not in it. 😞 (Before January 17, 2021)
I inserted a seed that World Record Holder of deleted category (Diamond%) inserted on it and it didn't have same spawn as it is, is it buggy or something? 🤔

I have seen a runner doing a run on a English patched ROM which is a translation patch made by fans and it got verified, I wonder if it's still allowed for future runs.
