Alright, so I want to get into speedrunning. Runabout and Felony 11-79 are the same game, just from different regions. Should I run Felony 11-79 and post it as Runabout? Or request Felony 11-79 as a new game because it doesn't seem to be on the list of games.

I've been watching speedruns for years and am deciding to give it a go myself.

There's a few games on PS1 that I'm keen on running, but I don't have a PS2 at the moment. I only have an emulator on my computer and my game discs, so it will be nothing but practice runs until I get some official hardware.

The main game I want to try is Felony 11-79 It's a childhood favorite.
