@KlimbRio first and foremost they don't know what it stands for (it's Getting Over It Scratch Edition), other than that I'd be pretty confident in predicting they know on average no more then that it exists.

Back on topic, I predict mountain skip is possible and it'll save like 3 secs, so it's very likely that sub 35 is possible.

@ThisTextWasRemovedBy actually it's likely that sub 30 GOISE is possible since the TAS looks highly unoptimized, and GOIWBF should be as fast if not more fast than it since it can build up some crazy fast momentum, but it is however held back by it's 6-second intro in terms of beating GOISE, but using this logic it again seems very likely that sub 35 is possible.

the tenths digit doesn't affect the thousandths. it's just .x3 --> .x33, .x7 --> .x67, .x0 --> .x00

if your time was xx.x3, submit it as xx.x33, and if it was xx.x7, submit it as xx.x67
