The category is for an 100% run of sorts where you have to get every ending as fast as you can. The requirements would be too: Get the Final, Egg, Normal, and Evil ending as fast as possible. For runs with more than one player, only one player has to get an ending, not both
Me and Beanboi1 where watching a Speedrun to validate it when it happens. The run has him playing on MacBook and his game crashes at near the end of the game and makes it a 1 player game and he watches his friends stream of the game to end it. I think it counts because he plays the game far enough and get WR, but he doesn't complete the game and his friend does. What do you guys think?
I looked at the Wr run for Egg Ending, 2p, NO hardcore, with Jirby and his teammate had the sword and the guest outfit. The last time I checked, if you have the Guest role and outfit and a sword, that means hardcore, right? I'm just wondering because I saw his run to see world record and got confused.
I am just wondering if there is any hidden techniques or something.
I'm saying this because bought items can give players an advantage in speedrunning. Say you get the gun or the swat weapon, this weapon's frames come out earlier than the other weapons and provide more range. Frames and saving time within frames are big parts of speedrunning, and having an advantage in speedrunning because you bought a weapon doesn't make sense to me.
Me and my friend are planning on a run and we want to know if we can go into a regular game and call it a two player run, where he sends in his recording and puts me as player two and doesn't put anyone else. We are planning on putting it as a Glitch less, 2p, no hardcore, and egg ending, can we do that?
