Some comments to be made: “No friends” just means you can’t friend anyone in Sky. You can use VC in real life if you want.
Is a great way to practice the very first Isle skip. You can easily practice this. Just climb up the hill and get your first WL way earlier, allowing you to skip the cutscenes and be better at flight.
You may also want to work on your first part of Eden. Look at Eden IL’s for inspiration!
