This is supercool :).I've tried to teleport myself to that house as well but by getting busted while purchasing the house instead. Usually this warps you back to the house immediately but not if you got a stacked phonecall in which case you'll end up at the police station sometimes and only warp either after the ringing has stopped or after you've answered and the phone call ends. I've been trying to get the warp to delay and only trigger after you've answered the phonecall but I've have not succeeded.

Jump into the marker for the second mission while replay Tommy is buying the assett across the road and you can trigger this glitch. You'll know you got it when there's two Tommys in the cutscene. I don't know how to properly capture game footage so that's why the video is shit and in 30sec intervals. What isn't shown in the video is that lightpost and traffic lights just fall over by themselves when you're running around and most of the sound is gone after you start the mission like this.

I don't think it can be used in a run since it makes the game so unstable but maybe someone here want to experiment with it

If you do this at the first mission the game will crash. I haven't tried any other mission though so there might be som strange effects from them as well

So if you walk over an asset mark (those where you buy the asset) and after you've passed it you press the replay button and as soon as replay Tommy is over the mark you press the button to buy the asset. Then you'll get the asset without losing any money. Here's a video with shitty quality that shows this
