CanadaI retimed my run with that in mind. I had determined my time based off of certain key points such as the "Moving day" cutscene I waited until the "5" in "5 hours later" to show up because shortly after you gain movement to your character.
Time starts the frame the "The Rooms" text appears on your screen, time ends the frame the overview UI pops up after exiting. Read rules for the category to know what the retiming is based off of :)
2 times I had in total 10+ runs due to it being a bit buggy but. First was solo to get myself the Survive jeff the killer achievement the other was trying to get it with friends so they could be cool as well.
If your run hasn't been verified for a couple of weeks you can message a verifier/moderator to verify the run.
Triple jump is only actually good if you need to cover long distances though not height.
So I did a bit of goofing around with the double jump it's surprisingly easy to hit consistently as well as if you time your grab perfectly you can do a double jump with it however the grab doesn't stop you from also punching so you can chain a grab double jump with a punch double jump and get a triple.
I've been getting a speed boost when figure starts to chase me so I don't know if it's just you or others are experiencing the same problem. Though is figure catching up to you and killing you?
