if he deleted his account nobody can do anything to unban him. Alting is against the rules, he will definitely get banned again when he rejoins the site. He shouldn't have submitted a troll run. Also, cheating is a permanent bannable offense, you don't just apologize for it and move on. That's a violation of trust. Your second friend will stay banned as well most likely. I sincerely hope you don't follow in their footsteps. Keep out of trouble.
