A lot of single scenarios have a goal to find artifact.

Some objects on a map (crypt, treasure chest, wagon, warrior's tomb, utopias, ship, shipwreck, black market, sea chest, shipwreck survivor, skeleton etc.) may give you artifact with some probability, and if you are lucky enough, you can finish mission immediately.

We may call it "Artifact rolling" and I find this a very bad idea that break sense of speedrunning for some missions, and I vote for banning such technique. I encountered this during first LLtQ mission, when you need about 300-400 rolls to get Boots from Shipwreck Surviror and thus I can save about 2 days playing In-Game Days category. I consider this as a glitch (glitch is a thing that changes gameplay significantly) and didn't use it.

HOMM3 is an amazing game which may have a lot of improvements, but if the only improvement you need is to roll artifact 1000 times, it became boring.

Yes, some of you may say the same about Hero rolling (Invite Hero for HD-mod) and Spell rolling. But strong hero do not skip half of mission. And Spell rolling is officially acceptable by community (use of Guild Mage rebuild). So these both are fine for me.

Current maeeeeee 10-minute run is not "Any%" and should be listed in another category.

The problem is that for this ending you do not get achievement "All’s Well That Ends Well" (for game completion) so technically game is not completed.

Achievements triggers are set by game developers and Steam gives you achievements base on those triggers. So if you don't get achievement, then it means that game is not finished from the developers perspective.

She did a great job finding bunch of really interesting techniques, but this is not Any% run in a common sense.

If I mistake and you get achievement for this ending, then I apologise. I have only information from one person who also followed this ending and did not get achievement.

Hi everyone,

We are running Cyberdogs co-op now and we are faced with a strange issue. During a run I missed up to switch split and thus all times became broken. Total time is 12:06 but it doesn't look very nice when every level you end with +55 sec except the last level. I decided to record playback from video file, to fix splits, but in this case total time became 12:00. I checked a few times and there is not mistake, so it means that new video file is a little bit faster than a real time video. Do you know why this happen? And is there a way fix this?

I use OBS, 1920x1080, 30 fps, 2500 constant bitrate. Encoder: NVIDIA NVENC H.264 Preset: Quality Profile: high

What's the problem to make "Long Live the Queen" as a first category ? And move ROE, AB, SOD full campaigns to the end (or better to delete them).

First time I'm here and I'm curious on the next things:

1. Why ROE, AB and SOD are the same game? These are the different games. As Warcraft 3: ROC and TFT. Maybe I will make some AB or SOD runs and request a new game.
2. Why "Full game" categories (all campaigns at once) are on the first page? As a new user, I've found this webpage, and I see that Heroes 3 have no runs at all (on the frontpage). If noone runs this, please remove these categories or move them to the end.
3. What does "No HD+" means? I know that "HD+" it's Baratorch's HD mod.
4. For God's sake, remove this sliding background. This looks awful.

Yesterday I've finished a game of my childhood on a Mega-Monkey (and then Normal) mode, and it's a pure satisfaction to immerse in a world of LucasArts adventures again!

There are tournament rules that should be followed very carefully. Rules are not finished yet, and I think some of them can be edited / updated before beginning of the race. Start dates are Sep 23 and Sep 27.

Short description:

1. First tournament is a Race, so you will play a game as a regular speedrun. There are some restrictions in the rules, so pay attention.
2. Second and Third tournament are IRONMAN tournaments (single and party of 2). This game mode is inherited from Diablo 1 and this means that players can't use NPC services (except taking/finishing quests), and can't use quest rewards. There are also some other restrictions, so please read the rules. Win condition: kill Baal on Hell.

The website GoodGame.ru is in Russian, so with any questions please ask here of the forum, or in the tournament chat (right block on the tournament page). In chat you can use English, not a problem.
