Really excited to play this weekend! Is there a timeline for the full game leaderboard to be live? I didn't know if there's going to be a waiting period or not.

Hi! I was wondering if there could be multiple categories for this game based on difficulty selection?

Would anyone be interested in a "100%" or "All health pickups" category? Basically getting all bonus hearts & lives in levels.

When I play this game some scenes don't have music for some reason. I've looked at some VODs on the leaderboard - some people have the same issue, others don't. Curious to see if anyone knows why?

If you need a specific example - boss fight on the ice level will not have music playing.

I was thinking about this the other day for other potential categories that could be fun.

• Making other subcategories within 1 payer & 2 player? Game Level 1, Game Level 4, Game Level 7 respectively - sort of like normal, hard, ultra difficulties.

• Have a Misc category of ‘No special attack’ usage - *or what ever that attack with the missiles going everywhere is called. That would make the game substantially difficult for anyone that wants a challenge run

Okay so I found out that if you hit a bee on this track you can clip out of bounds. You can also reenter the race and just go through the finish line. With this theory you could potentially skip a good amount of time if anyone wants to test it out. Could possibly do this with other items?

The description says "timer starts when you press enter to play on the title screen" but I’ve seen some runs with their timer starting when they select the difficulty.

Can we clarify the start time rules? I personally think it should be when the difficulty is selected, but just seeing what y’all think. If that’s the case, a few runs need to be retimed.

What version are the regular tabs being run off of? I just got this on steam and there's nothing in my properties that says what version it is.

Hello! I'm a new runner for this game and I plan on playing it for a while. I saw that there's only one category, and I definitely recommend 100% to be put in place! Also, if you need another mod to write up rules (etc) I volunteer as tribute!

Hey everyone! If you're running this on a console/OG cartridge without save states for practice, I just tried this code out and it works!

At the title screen, hold Select and press Up, Up, Down, Right, and A - a sound will confirm correct code entry. Next, start the game and pause it, then press A or B a number of times to increase or decrease the level. Un-pausing jumps you to the level named.

Does anyone know if there's an option to reset the saved files?
