Canada@Bimj as mentioned in the first post of this topic, you should have a pending run and you should try to contact the existing mods before posting here.
Forekast, the super mod, is active on Twitter. Furthermore, mods typically get an email when a new run is posted. If you don't submit one, there's no real obligation for them to log into the site. 21 days without logging in is borderline at best. Take the other measures first.
@Bimj You don't have any runs posted in the base game boards OR the category extensions, which is a requirement to begin with. You also need social media links. Youtube has no messaging system so it's not really adequate. You said you have Discord, why not add that?
@Tohelot @Lu-I Yup I tried to contact Acefrog, since we have chatted in the past. I could not reach him, sorry I was unable to help.
Hopefully when a site mod checks this topic they can sort you out :) Last time this topic was checked you just got put on the backburner, so fingers crossed, shouldn't be too much longer.

If there is one mod who is active, they can promote you to mod or verifier if they need help. Going behind their back to site staff to get them to promote you isn't the way this works (read the first post in this topic). Also, they were online 15 days ago, and 1 day ago, respectively. Neither qualifies as inactive. Do you have a run pending for more than 3 weeks? If so, then the mods might need a kick in the pants. Both have social media links through which you should contact them.

Keep in mind that
- The mod has no obligation to create a new category just because you ask for it, and
- It's good practice to record a run of the category you want before trying to get a category for it.
Yes this is the safe spot I used for the achievement.
I have also killed him with a pull from this same position. Once. It's extremely difficult and you only get one try to pull.

Just use the API to find boards that have one single run that are at least a few months old. Chances are, those are unoptimized runs and you'll be able to submit a better time; you'll be first out of two instead of alone on a board.
About the same amount of effort.
Make multiple videos if you can. It takes a bit more of your time, but it's far better for many reasons.
Consider it nice and easy practice for video editing.
No one here can answer that question better than you can. Try it and see.
Sometimes it happens that the account verification email doesn't go through, and the account is only half-created.
Join the speedrun.com Discord and message a full mod when you see them online, giving them your email and username in a DM.
