So as you may know when you try to change your location to North Korea you get the message "You're not in North Korea. Please set your location properly." And about a year ago everyone that had a north korea location got changed to "No Country" except this one guy named "nkhimari" and that was the only guy who had north korea as a location for like a year but 2 days ago a new account was created with the location being North Korea named "DucksareDank"
