Ok so, no. thats literally the very end of a genocide run. if you do just the sans fight and not genocide, then its just a new home geno IL and theres no point to not just running that. and even then, why? whod run it? I can maybe see it as a thing for people who specifically fuck up that way, but why? its not that common, it happens to maybe a few people when trying to eat a healing item.

I suggest a sub category for the LOVE category of undertale category extensions. My suggestion is Neutral LV19. It's like Neutral LV20, but much less tedeous, since insead of killing mettaton 125 times, you do geno without killing muffet. That's why I think it would be cool to have.
