Why is Papyrus skip literally banned in neutral glitchless?

Meowmix, if you want to bring up a question and have it treated seriously, dont make the main message spammy. And in response to your question, in my opinion Papyrus skip should be banned from both neutral and TPE glitchless
Ill unban papyrus glitch on neutral glitchless, but whats the point? Genocide neutral is neutral glitchless. Unless your planning on doing pacifist neutreul which is like 5 mins longer(I think). Really dont see the point but meh
