"Clipping out of the level start room (even after the timer has started) is not allowed." In 0-1, you can clip out of bounds in the room with the pistol with no fancy tricks (all you need is slam storage). You can beat the level without the timer starting. I am presuming that be a violation of the rules in an Any% context due to it technically being the starting room?
the run isn't valid because u manipulate time,the timer must start at the same time when you break the vent or after the ULTRAKILL word.
The moderation team has already discussed adding a more concrete definition of starting room for 0-1. and further no this would not be allowed as it does not start the timer. "Glitches or exploits that cause the in-game timer to not count properly or cause it to not start are not allowed."
