ULTRA_REVAMP update's geometry and collision changes make some levels (1-4 for example) dreadful to speedrun. I've generally not liked downpatching but I think its going to become mandatory the more hakita unintentionally makes speedrunning harder.

The boards are going to be seperate. There is a week long submission embargo for the mods to set things up.

does this mean it like counts as a different game on speedrun.com or different leaderboards within this one

@LlamaBeans likely the pre-revamp leaderboards will move to category extensions like they did with the pre-violence any%

also yeah if the boards are gonna be separate, I just wont run new versions of the game

if I feel like running I'll get a downpatched version from right before, bc there are some settings that came out with the full arsenal update that I need (like binding arms to different keys or q being previous variation instead of last used weapon)
