Difficulty changes

The difficulty categories have been changed from the past version to the current default.
it will now be -Normal -Hard -Lunatic to match the current version of the game which were once -Easy -Normal -Lunatic respectively.
any previously submitted run will be left as is.
This has been done to avoid any confusion going forward to any current or future runners. i hope everyone can understand
New Category!
A new category has been added and will be called the Full Clear Category,
the category allows full completion of the game from tutorial all the way to the EXTRA stage.
It is essentially just an extension to the any% category adding the extra stage boss.
