Hey, as i dont own a copy of TS2 on any of the consoles, is it against the rules to use an emulator?

I'd say yes as long as it's a cycle accurate emulator, but other mods should give their input as well.

Not that anyone gives a shit about my opinion, but on a proper PC, Dolphin does extremely well.

thats what im using, Dolphin. As for running top 3, im doing level runs at the moment and have got 2:17 on Siberia.
