Speedruns of all categories now must be capped at 120 or lower frames per second, due to a new discovery that presented an unfair advantage to players running worse performing systems. The discovery made it so the higher your frames per second, the faster you could swim in a large body of water. The full discussion can be found in the #underworld channel in Tomb Runner. As most people were playing on a voluntary cap of 120 frames per second anyway, this probably will not affect any present runs.

Changed from previous rules to make the retiming more accurate to Livesplit

Runs start from first frame of "wheel freeze" Runs end at first frame of full black (if applicable) Else runs ends first frame of Livesplit stopping (for Bhogavati) or for the first frame of the 'E' input press (Out of Time)
