I think ILs for chapters will be good. Chapters w/ starting cutscenes start at skip and end at the load to the next. Chapters w/o starting cutscenes just go on entering the chapter to load to the next. Final would end on the door ending the game.

yea. he/she should do that. problem is, no one even knows this game and don't speedrun it. i must say this game have great speedrun potential but ya nukuls did a bad job.
