Build your first Wheat Field and hire 13 workers on it. Do the same for your next four tiles. After that, buy workers until you have a collective amount of 110. Abdicate and spend the gold on your fifth tile and 500 wood. Build a Wheat Field and hire 13 workers on it. Do this for a second Wheat Field and no more, the other three tiles are for Forest Camps. Create 3 Forest Camps and hire 47 workers on them each. Hire workers on the Wheat Fields so you have 30 on each and abdicate. Use 10 gold on a tile and 10 on 500 wood.

Again buy 2 Wheat Fields with 13 workers and 3 Forest Camps with 34 workers, once you can, buy a Farm and hire 5 workers on it. Abdicate, use 10 gold for wood and the rest you save. Repeat this paragraph until you have 100 gold, buy your seventh tile and that's the run.

There are still some theoretical optimizations but apart from that, you're good.
