Royal Rumble Skip Guide

There is a bug in the game where you will always win the Royal Rumble when skipped under certain conditions. Here are the steps:

1. Begin the Royal Rumble Storyline
2. Proceed until you get the choice between the Iron Man and the Triple Threat
3. Choose the Triple Threat
4. When in the Triple Threat, lose the match (The easiest way is to quit the match, can also get DQ'ed or pinned)
5. Skip the Royal Rumble match when prompted

You should always win the Rumble when skipped this way.

Smackdown! vs. RAW 2006 has a very unique season mode. What does LT mean? Do I pick RAW or SmackDown! for Season Mode? This is where those questions, and more, will be answered!

CATEGORY TYPES

SmackDown! - Runs that take place on SmackDown!'s story mode
RAW - Runs that take place on RAW's story mode

SmackDown! has two storylines, "Torrie's Contract" and "Urning Your Spot".
RAW has "Uneasy Allies" and "A Very Special Story".

Both brands have "Ready to Rumble" and "Road to Wrestlemania" storylines, though they differ between brands, and both brands have two World Champions during the "Road to Wrestlemania" storyline that affects the storyline you have and the matches that take place.

Smackdown! has John Cena and Rob Van Dam as possible WWE Champions..
RAW has Triple H and Batista as potential World Heavyweight Champions.

No LT - This category does not allow characters that are playable in Season Mode, but involved in any story for their respective brand. This is because their involvement in a storyline you would play through otherwise means that they compete in the "Legends Tour" storyline instead.

The list below details which superstars are banned from this category, and which storylines are replaced by Legends Tour in their run. 

For RAW: 
Triple H, Shelton Benjamin, John Cena (Uneasy Allies), 
Edge, Christian, William Regal (Very Special Story)

For SD!: 
Rob Van Dam, J.B. Layfield (Torrie's Contract)
Booker T, Eddie Guerrero, Kurt Angle, Undertaker (Urning Your Spot)

All above characters are NOT allowed for this category, and any categories that select this will be encouraged to move their run to the LT section.

Skips, other than the Royal Rumble which turns the match from a 30 man Rumble to a 6 man over the top rope battle royal with your character and 5 other random wrestlers, are not allowed, nor is the "Quit Match" option.

LT - Any wrestlers in the above list apply for this mode. All rules above apply.

Any% - Skips outside of Royal Rumble are allowed, but the Royal Rumble still has to be won by the runner as the storyline does not continue if you lose the Rumble. Leaderboards have been established but you are not encouraged to run this mode as it is largely just menuing.

CAW - Runs that involve a Create a Wrestler as the speedrunner's character. CAW must be the only CAW on the save file, this needs to be proved before a run begins. This is due to CAWs spawning in the Royal Rumble which can make Rumbles/6 Man Rumbles easier. Non Any% rules apply.
