I thought about speedrunning this game and I have a question: Will runs performed on the NES mini be accepted? Or are there some issues?

Hey! NES mini is generally treated as an emulator, so I would assume that you could run this game there no problem, since emulator runs are accepted here; I'd suggest you to join the Discord server if you have questions and in order to receive answers from people who are more knowledgeable than me about this game :D

NES Mini runs are perfectly acceptable. The game only has sound issues that I have found in the emulation, gameplay appears to be solid.

You could add it as a platform to make it clear that it's acceptable for runs (though, weirdly, Final Fantasy VI bans the SNES Classic despite listing it).
