I found this run on YT and it is apparently WR. But the weird thing is that a lot of the strats are slower and the gameplay seems to be somewhat slowed down. At 2:39 there seems to be a some sort of video error entering the galleon fight. The comments he made in the comments section were half German and half English. I translated the German ones but he just talks about a TAS time being 32:xx and saying that 38:xx is not possible. Final note, this was done in 2008 and there is a SDA article on it as well.
