usb loaders are allowed? if yes i put on the category wii/wii u or emu because of loading times if usb loaders aren't allowed burned discs are allowed?

As of right now USB loaders are still not allowed due to the nature of how inconsistent loads are compared to the legal ways of running the game.

You can absolutely use USB loaders for practice and or your own times, however we cannot accept any runs on the leaderboard with USB loader even under emulator.

Yes. The difference is that USB loader is not an official way to play the game, but the Wii U VC version is, you just have to make it work now with the Nintendo eshop server's are now permanently gone for Wii U and 3DS.
