120 Friends Guide (Jew Class)

As far as I am aware, Jew is the fastest class for 120 Friends, however the run can be done on any class (with different routing obviously).
This was originally intended to be used as personal notes, not a full guide, so be aware there may be some typos / minor mistakes. My 120 Friends PB follows this so when in doubt check there for clarification.
