NG+ ?
What about doing a NG+ speedrun? It will be the fastest way to beat the game and this is a speedrun.
Not so much "ignore" as "occasionally don't have time to answer." But while I'm here:
The tentative consensus the runner community has arrived at re: a ng+ category is that it just wouldn't make for an interesting run. Ng+ only really unlocks access to the time trail reward items, and lets you start with more stamina. Neither option changes the run significantly.

Not quite "NEWS", but people asked for better visibility for them and since we currently have no way of actually adding a TAB, here is another way to find them.
