It's an emulator and the "lags" are due to the poor steam emulator used to make those game works it has nothing to do with the game itself, it's just a differential with pc.

It is totally unplayable for me with the room HUB for example, i used the window mode some but this is so bad that i didn't even bothered use it.

Genesis category is only for Original hardware.
