10 Lives Switch Version
Does anyone know if it's harder to get the infinite lives trick on the stair case in 3-1 while being small mario on the Switch rather than on a regular NES? After about 20 mins of trying or so, I was only able to get it to happen once

Yeah it should work the same. The trick is very precise there is only 1 frame you can jump from for it to work and the height has to be correct is well by holding A for exactly 5 frames. I would suggest learning it with big Mario first because its significantly more leaneant before moving onto small mario.
