For the Any% run, it looks like it is a 4:58.741, the best way to retime it would be to look for the bowser pattern at https://somewes.com/smb-time/
As for the pl8-1, you saved the framerule, you can see this because the number below the R at the end is 00, meaning you couldn't have lost any more frames to still save the framerule
