I'm thinking of doing some speedruns of Super Mario Bros, but i don't know which emulator to use! What is the best and most recommended NES Emulator to use?
I would probably try out MesenRTA and Nestopia UE and see which one runs smoother for you, in the end all the allowed emulators arent really horrible, but Nestopia UE and MesenRTA are the most recommended, FCEUX and BizHawk are more used for TASing.
Nestopia UE is what Niftski uses so i would recommend it or nestopia 1.40
