Is Nestopia UE Allowed? Nestopia UE is basically Nestopia so I think it should be allowed, but is not on the Game Rules. Thx in advance.

Nestopia UE also fixes some issues with Nestopia 1.40, including audio delay. That was Niftski's primary reason for switching to UE anyway.
