Order%, do 16/70/120 star but you have to do the stars in number order E.G you have to do BOB reds before Mario Wings To The Sky, because reds are Star #4 and Mario wings to the sky is Star #5.

That sounds interesting since you would have to get the 100 coin stars by themselves. Also, what would you do about the secret stars? Would those just be allowed to get at any time?

I suppose you could collect the stars as soon as they are unlocked, so you have to do vanish cap and metal cap first when you get to the basement
