Im searching for a program which is recognizing my a presses and count them up. Does anything like this exist?

I've Seen People Using Controller things to show what button they press (like Kosmic in his twitch streams) but if you mean something that recognizes only the a presses and not anything else,i don't exactly know anything about this!
