Are pre-order bonuses banned for NG+ runs?
I was wondering because it wouldn’t make sense that the pre-order bonuses would be banned for NG+. The game has already been beaten and you’re using the suits, suit mods, upgrades, etc. from the new game that you’re using to get to NG+.
The pre-order bonus are only banned for new game runs and don't matter on NG+.
