I can't seem to find a way to unlock the third treasure cracker upgrade, does anyone know the exact parameters at which it unlocks? I've collected 100k money, gone through 100 science cycles, and bought all other available upgrades. Am I missing something? I want to be able to do a VacPack 100% run, but I can't get the last upgrade to save my life.
