Ok im looking for feedback on this topic. I think i will make it so streaming/recording software must be used, no using fceux movie function for a speedrun. Thats one thing, also i am considering splitting catagories for keyboard runners, i know this may alienate some people but the combination of the way the top 2 runs are recorded and the controllers used just doesn't sit right with me. Feedback would be appreciated on this topic.
Timing method changes
We update timing method,top 20 being retimed
Before: Starting time at selecting character, ended on last hit on final boss
Now: First frame fade appears, ended on last hit on final boss
