Real SNES cartridges with this game on it exist.

But is it the full game of Star Fox 2 that are on the cartridges like on Switch and SnesClassic version?

YES. I have it. It's the real version, and probably the one that will continue to be produced on SNES cartridges. It is faster on the other ones though.
