I don't know what you mean for double click and how it would help bruteforcing, but I can say that you are not allowed to use any form of autoclicking.
Double-clicking is just your mouse registering a finger bouncing after a click, thus making one special finger movement equal to separate clicks. However not all mice can double-click, because it's a physical thing that not all mice registers. I'd say it should be allowed, in fact, in some cases, it is unavoidable due to the mouse. Although it should be noted that you need to click with a certain technique, requiring skill.
No you are not allowed to double click ok. But you don't get any advantage with it. It's best to use fastclick=1.
