wanted to attempt a speedrun, tried to create a server and just displayed a message saying that server hosting directly from the game was discontinued and you have to buy a server thingy or run it on your computer. so how would i attempt an offline speedrun now?

Right-click on SCP:SL through steam > Properties > Then type "-scs" in launch options and you should have a create server button next time you get to that host a server screen.

You just have to click "create anyway" and the server should start up.
