Seeded runs would pretty much defeat the point of speedrunning a game like this.

It's also going to have new content so it won't be the same as the base game. If anyone wanted to speedrun it, it would need a new sr.com page, similar to how Super Mario 64 has a bunch of different pages for ROM hacks ( http://www.speedrun.com/games#Name=super_mario_64 ).
