2 different sections: in order, or just getting all of them no matter the order gamepass and no gamepass categories can apply

i dont think gamepass and nongamepass will be necessary, just disallow gamepasses

Hey everyone. With the new speedrun changes added in the latest update, it is now required that every new runs submitted has the cup icon displayed. Rules has been updated to reflect this change.
