i've seen world records do this but the button is blocked for me on pc

Well you click or press the 3 lines on the top (or on PC press esc too) then click the reset character, which it will prompt to ask you “are you sure” click the button to reset them there you go

thats the thing it doesnt let me when i press the reset character button nothing happens also it is darker than the other buttons

It happens sometimes. You'd have to rejoin.

Idk what kinda pc you have to block the reset button.

Reset button will work only for the first time you open esc menu
