In the run of xShqdy's 7.84, I (energetic_orange) am also in the run getting a personal best. Is this sufficient evidence for a time?

In theory this could be valid, but the only way it would be fair to verify the run in such a scenario is if the player not being followed was in the main runner's field of view throughout the entire run (or at least a very significant portion of it). In this case, you are not on screen for the majority of the run, so foul play cannot be ruled out, for example. But this is a good question, thank you.
