im dumb and i dont know what it means

6 months ago after messing around with the cloak of transportation and climbing up the stairs I'd teleport to the top of the stairs once I hit a certain point. I later found out that when you use the cloak of transportation and hit those bricks fast enough it clips you ever so slightly to hit the teleport that was placed under the stairs by the developer. Now we just go behind the stairs and hit it, but when this run was initially submitted it was ahead of the previous record by roughly 3 minutes. So then people wanted to make a 100% category for people who don't use this skip.

And now 2 years after Tablesalts comment we might have a gear% category
