The idea is to be on release patch. Use glitches in that patch to go through the game without killing anyone except Doughboy or whatever his name is. Name ideas: Pacifist% self explanatory, Backseat% the guy who did this, Undertale% based on the idea of going though a game without killing people

you don't kill anyone in ch4 unrestricted unless you are going for a slower route so for other runs it could be interesting but it would be a clone of ch4 unrestricted if you decided to do unrestricted unless you have to kill doey also his run isn't really pacifist as he did kill the toys but just use glitches like "going back in time" and oob which means that inbounds and glitchless runs can't be completed unless if a way to skip killing the doctor and most likely other parts that he goes oob are founded
