in glitchless i think stealing the red light girl's money is the fastest way to deal with the ticket. no way is walking all the way to the evidence room, then the top, then escaping going to produce a competitive time. but that's just my gut feeling, worth timing for sure, but i think the rest of the route seems pretty good.
