I'm fairly certain that PC is allowed, the Time Trial WR for Volcanic Panic uses it.

There's very few people in the community that actually have the PC version; plus it has poor load times, so you're not going to find many runs on that platform.

The non-drm'd PC version has such a hard time even displaying the models, especially Pac-Man, on my stock Dell Inspiron 3910.
