This is the route that was found on the PSR wiki page, thought I would post it here for publicity.

Questions/Answers for Riolu

Do you think it's important to always aim to be the best?	Of course!
Do you prefer to be busy or to have a lot of free time?	Being busy.
You've been asked to do a difficult task. What will you do?	Make someone else do it!
You fail miserably! Everyone found out, and they're disappointed in you... What do you do?	Think of an excuse.
You see a big and comfortable bed. Your first reaction is to...	Jump on it!
You're on a stroll when a TV crew pounces on you for an interview. What do you do?	Answer questions properly.
The people at the next table are singing for someone's birthday. What do you do?	Walk away.
Do you want to be famous?	Yes.
If you saw someone doing something bad, could you scold them?	Of course!

General Strategy for Riolu

in the early game, use bite for most enemies, if you run out of bite pp, use quick attack.
once you learn force palm and can link moves, link
Bite
Force Palm.
Do not teach over Quick attack!
learn feint over a useless move once you learn it.
when you learn Screech (hopefully before the future), teach screech over a useless move.
after beating the dungeon where you learned screech, delink Bite + palm and relink in the following order:
Screech
Bite
Force Palm
This will be the final moveset for Riolu.
Use Linked moves on enemies in front of you. Use Quick attack on enemies 1 tile away from you, or as a backup move incase you (almost) run out of linked move PP, and you don't have max elixers/close to finishing dungeon.
Quick attack is also good for situations when you already used screech but the enemy didn't die. This way, you do not waste Linked PP.

General Strategy for Vulpix:

in the early game, set ember and faint attack.
once you can link moves, link these 3 moves in the following order:
Tail Whip
Faint Attack
Ember
Keep Quick Attack as a backup move.
once you learn FLAMETHROWER, teach flamethrower over Quick Attack.
after beating the dungeon where you learned FLAMETHROWER, delink the linked moves, and teach Quick Attack over Tail whip.
link these 3 moves in the following order:
Faint Attack
Ember
Quick Attack
Keep Flamethrower as a separate move, since it has enough power to be useful by itself.
This is the final moveset of Vulpix.

Alternate strategy for vulpix

in the early game, set ember and faint attack.
once you can link moves, link these 3 moves in the following order:
Tail Whip
Faint Attack
Ember
Keep Quick Attack as a backup move.
once you learn FLAMETHROWER, teach flamethrower over Quick Attack.

Orbs

COLLECT ORBS! Orbs can save you from a monster house, or a horrible situation, so remember to keep a few on hand.
Almost all orbs are useful, but DON'T PICK UP TOO MUCH, or else you'll have no item space for other important items.
ORBS that are good for MONSTER HOUSES (ranked by number of stars out of 5):
Foe-Hold Orb (¤¤¤¤¤) Petrifies all enemies on the floor.
Petrify Orb (¤¤¤¤¤) Petrifies all enemies in the current room.
Spurn Orb (¤¤¤¤) Warps all enemies in the room to a random location on the floor.
Foe-Fear Orb (¤¤¤) Afflicts all enemies in the room with the Fear status (runs away from player). Wears off after a while.
Foe-Seal Orb (¤¤¤) Afflicts all enemies in the room with a Paused status (enemy doesn't do anything). Wears off after a while.
Totter Orb (¤¤¤) Afflicts all enemies in the room with a Confused status. Wears off after a while.
Slumber Orb (¤¤¤) Afflicts all enemies in the room with an Asleep status. Wears off after a while.
Decoy Orb (¤¤) Afflicts an enemy in front of the player with a Decoy status (enemies attack the enemy).
Hurl Orb (¤) Throws an enemy in front of the player at another Enemy.
Warp Orb (¤) Shoots an "energy ball" at the line of sight of the player. When it hits an enemy, it warps it to a random place on the map.
Transfer Orb (¤) Changes an enemy in front of the player to another enemy.
Switcher Orb (¤) Switches the player with the position of an enemy in front of the player, if there is one.

"Baller Strats", or using zero gold seeds on Riolu, is an unexplored strat for Darkrai as of now. It's probably not optimal, but this is unconfirmed.
